LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

Warranty

AppliedSpeed's products are guaranteed for 90 days to the original purchaser if they still own  the product. If an AppliedSpeed product fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it, subject to the terms and conditions below.

The Warranty covers:

  1. Manufacturing and material defects
  2. Product or material failure occurring when used according to the manufacturer's recommendations
  3. The Warranty applies only to products manufactured by AppliedSpeed
  4. For other manufacturers' products sold by AppliedSpeed, see their Warranty

The Warranty does NOT cover:

  1. Any damage due to improper installation
  2. Any damage incurred during shipping or due to accident, fire, abuse or neglect
  3. Products which have been discontinued and for which no replacement is available
  4. Products modified in any way
  5. Products used for any purpose other than those expressly stated
  6. AppliedSpeed does NOT provide a warranty for any consequential or incidental damages — including damage to other vehicle components or systems — allegedly caused by the failure of its products

Warranty terms and conditions:

  1. The Warranty is valid for 90 days as long as the original purchaser owns the product (the Warranty is non-transferable)
  2. Proof of purchase may be required at AppliedSpeed's sole discretion
  3. The Warranty is limited exclusively to repairing or replacing the faulty product
  4. Any and all other implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by AppliedSpeed
  5. To file a claim, the product must be shipped back to AppliedSpeed at the customer's expense
  6. The product must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) clearly written on the box and included inside the box on a piece of paper
  7. If a warranty claim is approved, AppliedSpeed will cover return shipping costs of the repaired or replacement product. International shipping costs may not be covered
