Refund policy

Returns 

We are under no obligation to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

All returns require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase
  • A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number obtained from APPLIEDSPEED.com

The RGA number must be clearly written in large lettering on the outside of the return package.

Do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed to do so by APPLIEDSPEED.com.

Partial refunds or denial of refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Any item not returned in its original condition
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any and all other implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Appliedspeed.

Warranty

Appliedspeed's Oil Filter Relocation Kits and its components are warranted to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product. The warranty is non-transferable. Hoses and O-rings are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty. Damage resulting from fire, accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation voids all warranty coverage. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or sales receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days of the bank clearing the transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund within 20 days from the date of your request, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time (up to 30 days with some banks) for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email to RACERJEAN@APPLIEDSPEED.COM.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, wait for our instructions on where to ship the product back.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item for over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are under no obligation to exchange or refund any item.
